Are there any requirements for opening an account? 

To open an account, you must be 18+ and an existing Cyprus Credit Union member. For new members, you can apply for a membership and a Dream Rewards Checking account at the same time using our online application.     

I have an ITIN, can I still get Basic Checking Account?

Yes! If you have an ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number), you can become a Cyprus member and sign up for a Basic Checking account to get awesome rewards!

Why should I get a checking account from a credit union?

How do I activate my debit card? 
You can activate your card in Home Banking under “Card Controls.” You can also call 1-833-455-2582 from your primary phone number 24/7.
