The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

"Muriel" is the name of Cyprus Credit Union’s virtual assistants, which you can find in our In-lobby teller machines (ILTs), phone support, and live chat. With Muriel, you can get the help you need faster, and get ultimate convenience as part of your Cyprus membership.
What is an ILT machine?
Like a traditional ATM, an ILT allows users to withdraw cash and view account balances 24/7. But you can also do much more. With the push of a button, you can conduct everyday bank transactions on your own with greater privacy than at the teller line.
For transactions requiring assistance from a Cyprus representative, our video tellers are standing by to help (hours of availability below). A video teller is a live Cyprus employee who will appear onscreen to assist you when needed. Employees are also available in person at every Cyprus branch to answer your questions.

Who is Muriel?
1944, Cyprus Credit Union hired its first full-time employee, Muriel. She would later serve as president of the credit union from 1966–1977. As a nod to this part of our history and to honor her memory, all our virtual assistants are named “Muriel.”
Our Muriel virtual assistants are just one of the ways Cyprus Credit Union shows our commitment to providing ease and accessibility to all of our members.
