Every year, the Credit Union Journal hosts their 'Best Credit Unions to Work For' recognition program. Cyprus Credit Union is pleased to announce that we were selected as one of the winners for 2020. Winners are determined by a two-part assesment process that is completed by the credit union and its employees. The survey entails 78 statements, detailing factors such as policies, practices, benefits, etc., that are rated on a 1 to 5 scale from 'strongly agree' to 'strongly disagree'. The top 50 are then ranked by their average scores. We'd like to thank our employees for all that they do, especially over the past few months, to help serve our members. It's thanks to their commitment and talent that makes Cyprus such a great place to work.
