First and foremost, we would like to thank you for your patience and cooperation over the last couple of months as we have navigated the situation regarding COVID-19 together. As the State of Utah moves to the moderate risk phase, we will be making changes to our operations in order to better serve the needs of our members:

  • Beginning May 13th, we will begin allowing members to schedule teller transactions in the branch in addition to scheduling account and member service appointments. To schedule a transaction or appointment, click here.
  • Any walk-in members without appointments will be allowed in the lobby for transactions if there are no existing appointments in the branch during that time.
  • Our drive-thrus, contact center, and  home & mobile banking continue to be available as a contactless solution for all your banking needs.
  • For the protection of our members and employees all employees will be wearing masks and gloves when working with members. We encourage the use of masks by our members when visiting a branch and will have a limited supply of disposable masks available for member use.  Please be prepared to remove your mask temporarily for identification purposes.
  • To encourage social distancing, floor stickers and germ shields have been installed at each branch.
  • Workstations will be cleaned and sanitized between each transaction and all high traffic areas continue to be cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis by our employees.

Funding for the Paycheck Protection Program has reached the current limit. We are not accepting new applications for the program at this time. If you are still in need of assistance, or would like to receive information should additional funding become available, please fill out this form and we will keep you updated.

Did you know that credit union’s are classified as a Critical Infrastructure sector?  This means that Cyprus will serve you continuously throughout the COVID-19 situation. Even during times of stay at home orders our employees will be here for you.  Our lobby’s are currently by appointment only and our drive throughs, contact center, lending team and the entire credit union support team are available normal business hours.  Click here to read the letter from the Department of the Treasury.

At Cyprus Credit Union, we are focused on doing our part to help “flatten the curve” of the current COVID-19 Pandemic. To promote social distancing and help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have been asked by our state and federal leaders to limit gatherings to 10 or fewer people. As a result, effective Monday, March 23rd, our branch lobbies will be available by appointment only. Branch drive-thrus and ATM’s will be fully operational and operating regular business hours. Our Contact Center and Lending Team will also be available to assist you over the phone.

We are taking extra precautions to ensure that high touch areas of our branches are being regularly cleaned & sanitized multiple times throughout the day and are educating our employees on best practices as recommended by the CDC and the Utah Department of Health.
