COVID-19 Resources and Updates 

The physical and financial health and safety of our members is our top priority.  Cyprus is committed to being your stable and strong financial partner and we are ready to help you with any financial needs you may have as we navigate this pandemic together. 

 Branch Updates:

All branch lobbies are operating regular business hours and open to serve you with increased safety measures.  To reduce wait times, we are asking all members who need account or member service appointments (new accounts, new loans, etc.) to schedule an appointment in advance. To schedule your appointment, click here. We have implemented increased safety measures at each of our branches to keep our members and employees safe, which include:

  • Encouraging the use of masks by our members when visiting a branch. We have a limited supply of disposable masks available for member use. Please be prepared to remove your mask temporarily for identification purposes.
  • All employees are wearing masks and taking extra precaution to ensure the safety of our members and guests.
  • We have installed germ shields and floor stickers at each branch to promote social distancing.
  • All workstations and drive-thru canisters are being cleaned and sanitized between each transaction.  All high traffic areas are also being cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. 

For members seeking contactless solutions for all their banking needs, our drive-thrus, contact center, and 24/7 home & mobile banking continue to be available.
